Depending on the program you choose, the cost would be $199 for the first month then $299 per month or $399 for the first month up to $499 per month. This program is month-to-month with no contract. This cost covers your Telehealth doctor appointment, full personalized nutrition plan, 1:1 guidance, nutrition curriculum, and the prescription for medication.
How are you responding to medication shortages?
In response, we’re taking additional steps to support new and existing patients on their weight loss journeys. For example, our doctors may explore prescribing alternate GLP-1 medications for you, if appropriate - with the same active ingredients as other medications. Our insurance concierge partner also frequently contacts pharmacies to look for available medication on your behalf. For patients just getting started, the first steps for new patients in the Metabolic Weight Loss program are unaffected by the semaglutide supply shortage — including taking a metabolic lab test and connecting with a provider to review your health history.
What if my insurance doesn’t cover the medication?
If your insurance won’t cover the medication cost don’t worry, you’ll have the option to pay for the medication out of pocket (which can be as low as $20/mo to $199/mo, depending on the medication). Given the cost of initial diagnostics, ongoing provider support, and insurance assistance, we are unable to offer refunds for previously incurred monthly membership fees.
What can I expect after I sign up?
After you complete your online visit, our doctors healthcare provider will review your answers and determine whether treatment may be right for you. You will need to follow your personalized plan for 30 days to balance your metabolism prior to your Telehealth doctor visit. If appropriate, we’ll ask you to complete a metabolic test so we can see how your body’s working right now. Next, you’ll go over the results of your test with your healthcare provider and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
